Happy Earth Day! Celebrate our creeks, waterways and the Bay by volunteering or attending one of many Earth Day events in the county.

Cleanup at the Albany Bulb

Earth Day Family Science Event

Free event for children ages 4 and up and their families. Activities include making peanut butter birdfeeders, planting vegetable seeds, make nature journals and more. The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District will have a table with information and animals to show. Livermore Sanitation and the City of Livermore Public Works Department will also have a table with children’s activities. The Livermore High School Science Club will be hosting a citizen science information table.
